SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us (atencionalcliente@esenziashop.es) indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.

Esenzia will not be responsible for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some data has been omitted.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Esenzia by email at atencionalcliente@esenziashop.es. Esenzia will refund the amount of the order including shipping costs as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse onto the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.
