RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must do so through the REVENI portal via the following link once your order arrives: https://returns.reveni.io/esenzia

For exchanges or returns, you have up to 14 business days from receipt of your order. The product must be unused and with tags attached. Please provide the last 5 digits of your order number (e.g. ESENS1083604 → 83604) and the associated email address. Exchanges can be made for another item or store credit; refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

(The return process and size exchanges may take up to 4–6 business days.)

We will only process a return or exchange if the items are in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags attached.

The deadline to request an exchange or return is 14 calendar days. At physical Esenzia stores, refunds will not be issued in cash — instead, a gift card or gift voucher will be provided.

Items such as accessories, personalised garments, and embroidered products are not eligible for return or exchange.


EXCHANGES

You may exchange items purchased at our Seville store, located at Calle San Eloy 25, 41001 Seville, whether they were bought online or in-store (not applicable to items purchased at El Corte Inglés). If you visit our physical store to exchange a product and we don't have the item you're looking for, we can place a special order. Once the product arrives at our store, we will notify you so you can come and collect it.

You may also exchange your products online. The cost of exchanging a size or product varies depending on shipping costs for each country or region. Shipping costs per zone are as follows:

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €5.90. The first size or item exchange is FREE. For additional size or product exchanges, the above shipping fee will apply. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the customer.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €6.90

Europe (Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands): €8.90

United Kingdom: £16.90

United States: $16.90


RETURNS

There are two ways to process a return: online, by sending your order via courier, or in person at our physical store.

We will only accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags attached.

  • If you purchased your order online: you may return it by sending it to our warehouse via courier, or by visiting our physical store. For courier returns, an additional shipping fee will apply for sending the items from your address to our warehouse. If you prefer to return in store, a gift card will be issued for the value of the returned items. You can avoid these shipping costs by opting for an exchange instead of a return. The first size or product exchange is free of charge within the Iberian Peninsula.
  • If you purchased your order in a physical store: you may process the return at our store. We do not issue cash refunds — the amount paid will be refunded via a gift card. Items purchased in-store will therefore not receive a monetary refund, but a gift card instead.

Please note that in all cases, the maximum deadline to process a return is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

For online returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount (Iberian Peninsula only), charged through the same payment platform.

Items must be in perfect condition — unused, free from damage, stains, odours, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Otherwise, we will be unable to proceed with the return. Items must also be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any elements included as part of the packaging (bracelets, stickers, etc.).
