SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get straight to work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within the timeframe indicated below for your country, please contact us at atencionalcliente@esenziaclub.com with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

Esenzia shall not be held responsible for delivery errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered by the user in the order form.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Esenzia by email at atencionalcliente@esenziaclub.com. Esenzia will refund the full order amount including shipping costs, provided the order has not yet been prepared and loaded onto the courier's vehicles by our logistics warehouse. If it has already been dispatched, no refund will be issued.
