EXCHANGES & RETURNS

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must process it through our REVENI portal once your order has been delivered:

REVENI Returns Portal https://returns.reveni.io/esenzia

To access the portal, you will need:

  • The last 5 digits of your order number
    (Example: ESENS1083604 → 83604)
  • The email address associated with the order

RETURN PERIOD

You have up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or return.


ITEM CONDITIONS

We will only accept items that are:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned with the original packaging

This includes:

  • Tags
  • Bracelets
  • Stickers
  • Any packaging elements included with the order

Items showing:

  • Signs of use
  • Stains
  • Odours
  • Damage
  • Any condition preventing them from being sold as new

will not be accepted.


CUSTOMISED & EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS

Please note that all customised and embroidered garments are individually handmade and produced on demand according to each customer’s preferences.

For this reason, these items are generally not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

This applies especially to:

  • City Collection garments
  • Products with selected flags
  • Products with personalised dates
  • Products with embroidered initials
  • Any item produced according to specific customer preferences

Each piece is produced exclusively for the order placed and cannot be restocked or resold.

In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 regarding consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products made according to the customer’s specifications.


EXCEPTION

Classic Fleece garments:

  • With the Spain flag
  • Without any flag
  • Without initials

may be exchanged or returned.

In these cases, a €7 handling fee will apply due to the made-to-order embroidery process.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made for:

  • Another item
  • Another size
  • Store credit

The first exchange for size or item is FREE.

Additional exchanges will incur shipping costs.

If the new item is:

  • More expensive → the customer must pay the difference
  • Less expensive → the difference will be refunded

RETURNS

Returns can be processed:

  • Online via courier shipment
  • In person at our physical store

If your order was placed online, you may return it:

  • By sending it to our warehouse
  • Or by bringing it to our physical store

Returns made in-store will be refunded via store credit / gift card.

IMPORTANT

The maximum period to request any exchange or return is:

14 calendar days from the delivery or purchase date.
